Can oversold and overshilled coins like NANO, PRL etc. ever come back? even if they have use they left so many bagholders that whenever it will climb it's gonna get dumped by panicking bagholders whenever it will hit their entry price and they gonna leave the station with their bags dropped. Were there ever coins surviving such slaughter?
