Ïsn't trading stocks supposed to be hard?

I just started a week ago for fun, and I'm up about 12% already. Most of my trades were profitable. I wouldn't say I've been particularly lucky or anything, just using common sense, so I think I could keep it up at a reasonable rate.

I just do some basic technical analysis and trade stocks that are clearly below baseline for no actual reason. Can someone explain to me why so many people consider technical analysis a meme btw?
