Could I go to jail for making a legitimate lottery on ethereum?

I like the vibe of Fomo/powh vaporwave loto sorta design. Do you think something legitimate could catch on?

Looked up laws in my country and it turns out I can only call it a contest, I also need to be clear about the prize pool. Guess I can make it into a game it'll work. Lucky draw is on the board.

I'm actually going to speak to a student lawyer and network at my college first before I find help on a basket weaving forum. I encourage you to follow the venture too, some real brand could work.
