pretty much everyone. most of the things we do for hygiene is also self-beneficial. I shower because I feel clean and refreshed, I don't like feeling greasy or sticky. I shave because I hate the feeling of bristly hair on my face. I don't do anything to impress others, and my clothing is never "stylish".

while on the other hand: makeup clogs your skin and feels horrible, it provides no benefit. HRT comes with a long list of horrible side-effects, many of which are permanent and drive people to depression and suicidal thoughts. most women's clothing is uncomfortable and stupid (high-heels, dresses, jewelry).
