Hang on a sec...

Is this just basic income without government? Assuming the contract is secure, what's to keep this thing from running in perpetuity?

I'm a little in awe lads, someone explain how this is possible.

every buy sell and transfer gets taxed, this tax gets split up amongst all players

There was over 20k ETH in there at one point, it’s been up for over 3 months. If there was a flaw or leak in the contract someone would have found it by now.

Yeah, but... surely it can't continue forever. Right? Surely volume dies eventually... right?

I keep trying to find the flaw in the system but I'm not seeing it. Taxed to buy, taxed to get out. If you get out everyone who stayed in wins by taking your 10%... if you stay in, it's in your best interest long-term to reinvest your dividends, thus distributing another 10% tax revenue to every other holder. And if many people sell, the people who are still holding reap the dividends, and can buy more at a lower price.

What's the catch? Why would volume ever die completely? A perpetual-motion money machine can't exist, right? So what am I missing?
