Institutions aren't in the habit of showing their cards. If they invest it will be OTC or through custody options. Even then a lot of it will be OTC.
Once they are invested (think a slow bleed from retail investors over as long a period as possible), then they will publicly pump the market.
Hold and keep buying if you think this is happening. You will have no feedback, and perhaps fearmongering feedback from MSM as their institutional overlords tell them the talking points.
