This faggot whale bought at ico and is slowly dumping his 110 million BAT suppressing the price. The only reason I can think of to keep the price low is to skyrocket the price of BAT at either coinbase announcment or v1 brave with paid ads, or just slingshot on both. So I guess its a good and bad thing.
