While I don't disagree, the entire space is overvalued, and it doesn't have the mining hype behind blockchain coins.

>data is most important resource in the coming years
>can't send data with NANO because it's striped of everything to aid speed
>can't do anything with it except jerk off back and forth

Explain to me why in 5 years you think an ecosystem will have propagated around NANO to support the network and everything around it?

because its free, instant, decentralized, and is already being used in Venezuela as an alternative to their official currency.

It is also eco-friendly.

oh boi that's real significant! m8 it's a good thing it's helping people. But fact of the matter is you could currently do that with any other crypto, it has 0 network effect and it never will because there is no REASON for it to.

You guys are missing the forest for the trees. Currency coins are a short term meme other than daddy, and that's only because it was first.

a few solutions were already pitched, such as scaling the PoW difficulty
However core is focusing on pruning first, since the network is nicely able to handle spam attacks at the current transaction rate.
Stress tests have been performed and the network was able to maintain 400+ tps.

If you seriously believe NANO of all coins will flip BTC I have nothing to say, you must live in another reality.

BTC is a new value system. It is the peg of all crypto, like it or not. I also think it has it's flaws, but the psychology of value is more important than tech for a pure currency coin.
