Anyone worried (((they)))'ll load the 'CP on the blockchain' FUD right as the golden bull is getting started? I can't think of anything with a better chance of killing crypto for good and most normies have not heard about it yet. All they need is 5 minutes on CNBC and they could unironically crash the whole market forever.

That fud already came and gone. Bitcoin will lose its dominance so others can flourish.

Blockchains don't even need to have CP on them, they just need to be indelible and permissionless. Then the media can make the case that the whole technology is fucked because you can never stop someone from permanently uploading CP or something else illegal to it.

And the FUD got passed around in crypto circles but it never got wide distribution. Normies haven't heard about this shit yet. Imagine senators hearing about it and holding an emergency session to regulate this shit into the ground. Just the specter or vague possibility of CP makes normies act totally irrational. Remember the pedo hysteria in Britain in the late 90s? Imagine that but global.
