even if he's alive and can access his wallets, he won't be able to cash out. think about it, thousands of bots are watching his wallets right now for movement, and as soon as they see movement, whales will instantly dump their btc as fast as possible. It'll be the biggest crash in crypto, the crash that will end it all. not only will he not be able to move his coins in time to dump because the network will be so congested, but even if he does, the exchanges will probably be down due to volume, and even if he manages to sell, the price will be already so low that his btc will be worth fucking nothing.
