i unloaded for UPS in college. the drivers piss in bottles to make up time. the guy in charge of the facility only came in one a week or so. i considered placing as many uncapped piss bottles in his office as possible. why didnt i? because i didnt want to get fired. manipulation and complacency is the culture of the times.

I have been late more times than I can count, and take sick days whenever I need to. Our scheduling goes through another party and our managers don't really keep tabs a whole lot so unless you skip like 3 days in a row you're usually fine. Feels good. I do what I want at work and don't play games with people. Stop being a cuck, stop kissing your bosses ass, stop walking on eggshells. You may not get as much since ass kissing usually works but you will get more respect.

You can get another job. Hell most don't even check your work history or have any real in depth background checks. You should always fuck with your workplace if they fuck you, you don't owe them anything but what they pay you to do.

I know some of you guys pop out kids like no tomorrow and have to feed 5 nigglets while working at Mcdonalds, but if you're single and only work for yourself there's no reason to put up with anything.
