Long story short, I have some land thats going to be foreclosed on if I don't act before september first. I didn't know I had this land until about a week ago. I owe 3-4k on it in back taxes which I don't have but with it being 9 acres of land, I can make that money back easily. Any advice on how to quickly pay it off and sell it so that I don't have any kind of negative ramifications?

Long story short my mother and father owned the land about 30 years ago, my father's mother said she would take it over, my parents signed what she sent them, and thought it was taken care of. A few weeks ago we received something in the mail telling us that it wasnt paid for, and it would be foreclosed if we didn't pay the back taxes.
