I became a NEET for six months after my ripple 1000xed. First couple of months were great, but shit gets boring and depressing real fast, especially if you socialize with people. Grass is always greener, but I’ve been to the other side and it’s not that great. I don’t have to work for the next ten years, but I choose to work because it keeps me disciplined and sharp. I also like what I do.

Pretty much this. Doesn't have to be that many rentals, but even a few will let you neet it up in some fashion. Worked for me.
