if that's the case then do it while you have family or wait for money. a good comfy job means you have time to take off and the money to treat yourself. with friends you can travel couch or hostel surfing otherwise it'd be too shitty.

Might not be for everyone. I really enjoy museums and seeing like historical places. Being able to look at or touch a structure made 100s or 1000s of years ago gives me a nice feeling after watching so many documentarys throughout my life.

Do it while you have time or you never will. Couch surf and ride greyhounds between destinations if you have to in the USA. Stay in hostels and backpack around foreign countries. Get a guitar and learn to busk/panhandle in order to pick up some change for cheap food. Make friends in the cities you go to and ask them to feed you and put you up for the night.. You’ll get a better, more memorable experience than paying for touristy shit, anyway.

travel now anon don't wait. get yourself a nice backpack and buy a one way to southeast asia. you can stay in hostels for $10-20/night and a meal with a beer costs $5. it won't be nearly as fun when you're old and have work and a wife and annoying kids dragging you down
