It says planned maintenance on their mobile app. Not the best user experience, but every exchange has done that.
Volume has been dropping but it's probably gonna stabiliza around $500MM and start slightly going up from there. Jihan doesn't care about profits from this exchange, he wants to push BCH pairs so he'll save no money trying to market Coinex.
