Turn my hobby of distilling into an actual legit distillery. Buy a few dozen acres out in the countryside, build a /k/ompound, make my own stills and grow my own corn and sorghum for distillation. I'd sell "organic" rum, vodka, and whiskey to hipsters using a process I've experimented that should decrease the aging time by about 600% with the same taste.
