people have been shilling PRL for a while, SHL is included in that because SHL was airdropped to all PRL holders.
PRL is oversold as fuck though, it's down 150k GWEI since the airdrop and hasn't recovered for shit. They've got a working product out and with a little luck they should pick up steam the next run
