BTC doesn't have to be fast it just has to be the recongized internet gold. Gold is stored value, BTC will be used for that purpose. Don't think BTC network won't improve with more adoption? Well let's see when we upgrade the software and get faster computers in a few years.

It doesn't. BTC got value because it was used to buy stuff. Since BTC is being used less and less to buy stuff and BCH is used more and more it's only a matter of time until BCH is a better type of digital gold than BTC, especially since BCH is designed to maintain low fees so you'll still be able to use it to buy stuff at any price.
