How viable are food trucks? Thinking about starting one that sells Juicy lucy burgers at Breweries.

taxes and vendors licenses get expensive. do your due diligence for your state before you go buying an old truck for cheap thinking it's your golden ticket. you'll get raped in costs if you don't plan well. in fact, you'll get raped in costs no matter what, you need to plan to surpass them.

I was thinking of this too. But I would just sell greasey food to drunk college kids at bar close. Microwave pizzas, burgers, and French fries.
