They may get free transactions initially to get the process up and running to prime the initial start up but companies are going to eventually pay for services rendered in fiat, nodes will be paid in Link. Nodes will likely get set up initially with fronted Link as well, the better and more effective their initial work is completed there will be more usage and higher demand, all of which will drive value up per Link and higher return for the Nodes.
