you want some 'pageet retard fud' do you? Just watch from 1.12:30 of that same vid where he takes the question: he literally FUDs the idea of LINKs reputation and concensus feature, doubting it's even possible.
This vid also pre-dates the LINK ICO by half a year and the presentation he's giving is about what his company smartcontract.com are doing with microsoft and others. He can't possibly be talking about Chainlink; the product, the token as it didn't even exists at this point.

Will cryptlet serve as a decentralized oracle network ? Also can we integrate with 3rd party oracle solutions such as SmartContract ( www.smartcontract.com) ?

Yes, the intention is to allow cryptlets to solve this issue in a decentralized manner. We are still implementing exactly how we want to design the system, but it currently is in private preview with some customers. We'll announce when it is ready more broadly.

In the video sergey also mentions that they've worked on the project for 3.5 years. It makes sense that it evolved into something else over time, they decided to create an ICO and tokenize the project and thus create an incentive for people to run their own nodes (since a lot of the questions he gets in the video are about why they don't just run the nodes for everyone).

You are both wrong, it was owned by Nick Szabo originally in about 2000. The domain was re-registered in 2008 6 days before Satoshi announced the Bitcoin project. In 2014 Szabo transferred ownership to Sergey, which also happened to be around the same time Satoshi "poofed" . Not saying Sergey is Satoshi but am confident Szabo was involved and am very confident all of this is connected in some way and Chainlink and Smartcontracts.com are all critical to future use of block chain technology. Szabo handed the keys to Sergey, which is bullish as can be imo.
