look guys, I have been to the future blockchain summit in dubai this year and it is somewhat of a miniature state laboratory. they are moving property and liabilities onto the blockchain already; they plan to have all of the land rights including house/flat ownership on the blockchain by 2020. They will work out all the details on a small scale and I guess by 2030-2040 all property on earth will be on a blockchain.
