this will have very little effect on the price of housing.

Land is the limiting factor and you can't 3d print that.

Using molds, some re-barb, and a concrete truck will be cheaper that 3d printing for the foreseeable future.

Look at how developing nations like mexico pump out whole subdivisions in a couple days.

The 3 hours is just the printing time. 3D houses are currently very gimmicky and involve either lots of expensive premade parts that are quickly assembled or created with a machine that pours dozens of layers of concrete over a preconstructed frame to create the walls.

Regardless of how fast you can print and assemble the base house, it still takes several weeks to polish a 3D-printed house with manual labor like scraping excess off walls, painting, adding electrical fixtures, installing appliances and plumbing, etc.

It's really not as effective as you'd think. It might be some day, but we're far from being able to just plop down an entire house at the push of a button.

Check the venus project, they came up with the idea of printing houses and even buildings en masse.

Doable and pretty cheap, just invest in those very specific German companies making large-scale 3D-printers.

Pro-tip: those companies don't exist yet.

This is why you should buy lands and not overinflated shit rooms.
Rich lands (farming potential, forests, animals) are getting more and more precious every day.
Think about it, when in 15 years everyone will be ill from living in big city states

Well, land and zoning. If anything the existing developers will just use their clout to get regulations passed that make anything which threatens them uncompetitive.

The boomers absolutely gutted our society by refusing to learn financial responsibility, thus depriving future generations of the knowledge, leading to a country full of mocha-brown midget retards.
