Anything can happen. The only winning move right now is to hold or buy back in if you sold on time.

>> No.58399904

I watched a news segment on television this morning aimed at normies. It was about bitcoin. Large amounts of technical details were completely wrong, but it was more or less a hit piece that would have the effect of convincing the public that bitcoin is a Chinese conspiracy and that large scale mining operations by Chinese owned corporations will personally ruin their neighborhoods through noise pollution. Keep in mind that this segment was on the national news and is aimed largely at boomers who consider themselves to be "well informed".

I am taking this as a signal that the powers that be are formulating designs that involve cryptocurrency and are getting increasingly noisy about trying to sell their ideas about these designs to the general public, in particular older middle class voters. Whatever they're up to, they're getting their foot in the door with

>We must regulate because Bitcoin is a Chinese conspiracy to ruin YOUR neighborhood

That's going to be a pretty effective sales tactic with a lot of people so I assume that fuckery is imminent at some point in the near future.

Everytime I've fucked with crypto, no matter where I've gotten in, it's always immediately plummeted. It doesn't matter what indicators I look at.
I usually trade stocks, but if you can somehow short crypto, maybe I could start a business where ppl pay me to buy it right after they shift lol
With stocks I've had decent success here and there.

Bitcoin being above its previous ATH means most people on /biz/ are bullrun tourists. They'll react emotionally to every pump and dump and miss the forest for the trees. They'll keep panic selling and buying back in but that's how the rest of us make money

>> No.58399958

It’s actually a double bottom

iran/israel
at first it looked bad and it dumped
seems like it might be stable/might not get worse now
if israel goes hard against iran and we get into large scale war i dont think anyone knows what will happen to btc price. will certainly crash in the short term though.

Because it will only be until all the leveraged fags are out that the market will pump again, expect max pain until we can see green. This is normal, (((they))) need to flush out the weak hands so they can accumulate cheaper, and instantly price these hands with a god candle. Only the most irrational will make it, the emotional will get slaughtered. Alts can still go a lot more down to ATLs even, but I will never sell, because I know how much they want me to give up

Yup this exactly. Great post.
Before you "Buy the Dip Bro" recall that traditional markets haven't even got a chance to react to two countries with nukes shooting missiles at each other. Add that shit onto regular cycle dips.
