Because they're used to doing things the old way and no kyc(main factor). Blockfolio is fine. I never used it but apparently it's 0 fees trading AND you get free shitcoin when you trade. Feels like a no brainer. I used dexes these days. centralize exhcange are no go. Yeah, fee sucks but you made enough off of crypto to offset the fees.
