BTC needs to be start selling in satoshis by the 100,000,000 instead of 1 BTC

Normies aren going to sped $50k for 1 Bitcoin but they will spend $500 if they see “1,000,000 satoshi” instead of “0.1 BTC”

Sorry 100,000* Satoshi instead of 0.1 BTC

It just makes more sense that way to the general pop and would make it much more adoptable by the world as whole

literally free money

here, steal my idea and patent it, i dont care, just give me credits "UY Anon"

true to some extent but normies can still move the needle if there's a lot of enthusiasm

they also indirectly decide what the institutions invest in, because they can choose to buy "Aggressive Tech Fund" rather than "Safe Dividend Fund" at their bank

>> No.28650217

>>28649948

Yes, it's basically an arbitrage opportunity that results from the IQ gap between current BTC hodlers and potential normie buyers who are too stupid to understand that price per share (or per coin) is meaningless without knowing the outstanding shares/market cap

most of doge's bull run was before normies found about it, since it's become a mainstream meme it's been waffling around 6.5 cents and now seems to have lost all its steam

and why wouldn't it? it's literally just a musical chairs meme coin, you'd have to be pretty dumb to buy and hold it expecting anything long term imo

BCH is your answer. It's BTC but cheaper.

BCH is like halfway between being BTC and Bitcoin. What they (Roger Ver and his team) did is like beginning restoration work on an old broken car, with the intention of bringing it to perfect concours condition, making it run as it should etc, but then 75% through the project taking a sledgehammer and start banging on the car and pissing and shitting inside the engine compartment and replacing the wheels with square blocks of wood, and then saying, "There, now we're done! Woohoo!" ... like, huh? what the hell?

How about:
BTS (Bitcoin Satoshi)
BSC (Bitcoin Satoshi Coin)

>>28650719
BCH is a different coin with different fundamentals though, the idea here is to bring down the nominal price of BTC (per coin) because normies literally only think about the fiat number they see. To these maroons, Bitcoin going from 50k to 500k seems less plausible than "BTS" or whatever going from $0.10 to $1.00

>Yeah, but it's kinda dumb because why not just buy BTC then? Normies won't buy it

you clearly don't understand how dumb normies are. The normie sees two equities:
a) $10,000 per share (100 shares total, $1M mkt cap)
b) $10 per share (200,000 shares total, $2M mkt cap)

The normie chooses B every time because A is "too expensive". If you don't believe me, casually ask 10 normies and see for yourself.

What I'm saying is it has nothing to do with individual price, but name recognition. Normies have heard of bitcoin before, but they don't know what a satoshi is. Even if it's just called sBTC, they still won't know. Exchanges would have to agree to start listing BTC price as a satoshi, instead of a full BTC.
