I did the week long excursion with him and 50 other people. We met in Prague and toook a three hr bus ride into Poland mountains. Half the people stayed at his house, rest stayed at a hotel owned by a German who yelled a lot. If you didn’t get your dinner order in promptly in the morning he made you eat spinach pasta without salt.

We went into iced waterfalls in the pitch black night, swam in a creek that was almost frozen solid, we had ice baths in his private pool that we had to sit on blocks of ice while. We did meditation breathing practice several times a day...try that shit for half an hour and you are in another state for the whole day. We went hiking in our undies. Hot European chicks took their tiddies out in the saunas. On the last day we hiked 3km up the tallest mountain, the krokonose and we were in undies while every other non wim group was in full gear. I met a Slav that I’m still in love with, wish she could come over.

Wim himself is a space cadet. Poor guy lost his wife and spiraled. I think he tried to kill himself in alcohol. I think one day he tried to detach from reality and started swimming in creeks in winter. He got famous locally and ended up perfecting the breathing and cold exposure. He’s kinda like creed from the office but still able to keep an audience. We got wasted and played the piano and guitar every night. His sons turned his protocol into a certification and people do their own local coaching and seminars all over. It’s a fun trip but the guy is not playing with a full deck. I should start training again, I think I will. I’ll see if I can find a photo.

Ive been bitten by probably 15-20 ticks in the past decade. You go hiking and will have a couple on you and you pull them off nbd. I always thought you had to get the bullseye rash to have Lyme but that’s incorrect. I also thought you had to get sick as fuck within a few days but that’s also incorrect. I was probably battling it for years but was young and healthy and now my immune system just can’t fight it as well so since 2019 I’ve started having insane symptoms all over the place.

SSRIs are placebo for the most part dude, especially the over the counter stuff, look it up, there is research done on this, big pharma obviously has no interest in revealing that they basically sell useless placebo to hardcore depressed people, because if this got out, people wouldnt really consume it, as placebo needs some kind of conviction in the first place.
Pharmacists dont even know exactly how SSRIs work, they just assume that they do, since it seems to help in some cases.
Your problems are probably unrelated to the SSRI and have more to do with some physical and mental imbalance. Your PTSD wasnt treated, maybe it was merely accident induced but it was actually built up trauma that was unleashed if you will.

This was over 10 years ago and I haven't had a seizure since. But the neurologist who went over my bloodwork said he understood why the first doctor thought it was lyme but based on the results it wasn't strong enough evidence to show that's actually what it was. Sorry to hear that anon, I’m often grateful that this happened to me as an adult, had a good childhood. Hope you make it bro.

I'm pretty sure that that ivermectin shit that they unofficially use to get rid of Covid helps immensely with Lyme disease.

sorry to hear that op. i went camping in 2014 for the first time and a week after i got back a big rash in my leg started up, then i watched it grow for a week until it was a massive bullseye on my calf getting bigger and bigger. i walked to the A&E at 4am and begged the doc for antibiotics. he was really unco-operative but i had done some research about how it MUST be dealt with IMMEDIATELY and PROPERLY or chronic lyme disease can begin. so he gave me 3 full weeks of antibiotics. that got rid of the rash and i've been ok since... so that was 7 years ago. i pray that i have a lyme free life from here on out. i wish the best for you bro, it could've been me just as easy. there's so many things out there that can and will fuck you, we're all in the same boat and the best we can do is illuminate the dark nights we spend together on this raft through a world ruled by the great God pain... there's always hope while you're still breathing and whenever i'm dealing with extreme difficulty and pain i just read epictetus' discourses over and over and try to cultivate that stoic protective shield... just hope the best for you op

Thanks bro, I am fond of Epictetus. To be honest my Lyme diagnosis was a relief because I thought it was something extremely deadly that would kill me in months. Good job for pushing to get antibiotics quickly, I wish I had been more proactive but it is what it is. I never got the bullseye so I figured I was fine until years later this shit came out of nowhere

Fuck uncooperative doctors. He would have more than happily turned you away to suffer for years if not life just because he didn't want to spend the extra five minutes on you.

General question: are some people immune to lyme? Or do some people just not attract ticks in general? I'm from Twin Cities suburbs Minnesota and used to play outside almost every day as a kid, big woods in back yard etc., I went to college in upstate NY, and I've been hiking/backpacking all over the USA and only once, literally one time in my entire life, have I found a tick on myself (it was a dog tick).

How is this possible? Isn't someone like me pretty much guaranteed to have come into contact with a deer tick at some point and contracted lyme? I've had unidentified sicknesses before where I'm miserable for 3 to 4 days and my whole body aches and then I got better on my own and felt totally fine afterwards. Could these have been bouts of lyme that my immune system took care of on its own?

yeah? What kinda doses for mushrooms, I’ve never tried them but since this have had a drive to give them a go I’ve done a little research but not a lot

>mfw this is literally a chart of deer population growth but there are still cunts out there who are anti-hunting
I would personally exterminate every single deer in the continental united states if it meant I could go into the woods without having to be hyper paranoid about ticks and the multiple completely incurable, crippling, lifelong diseases they can transmit to you.

>gov created lyme off the coast of LI (plum island) look into it
They might have been researching it but traces of the lyme disease bacterium have been found in 5,000 year old mummies. It's not new.

that depends on the person, might want ease into it at first. not sure if you're into meditation but try that, get in a good state of mind and focus on what demons you need to confront when you take them.

but seriously I have several friends who have been turned into npcs by that shit, one killed himself because of it. There are more effective ways to heal.

>KETO IS TRASH. Eat steak and eggs, veggies if you want. Cut all carbs for time being. Max one meal a day, fast 2-3 days at a time for autophagy depending on how much bodyfat you have.

You realize you pretty much just describe a keto diet + fasting (which most people do anyway)

>> No.26057732

>>26055977
If you can't do keto, it may be possible to just buy exogenous ketones to put your body in a state of ketosis while still eating whatever diet restrictions you need. I don't know much about lyme + keto, but Tim Ferris is a pretty good success story. I would encourage you to listen to the interview i posted and i hope you can get some good info from it.
