You do what's called dollar-cost averaging. Buy some stock with a chunk of your capital. Wait for the retracement to buy some more, so you can get it at a cheaper price. I do think we'll see more rallies and retracements before the actual bull run so just keep buying in when the price is low. I personally believe we've already seen the bottom during the initial panic crash.
