10873614 No.10873614 [Reply] [Original]

>Nano has 756 TPS [1]. For a self-proclaimed global currency, it’s a total joke. VISA can handle over 56,000 TPS [2]. Nano’s claim to be global currency is either delusional or fraud.
>7,000 TPS was boosted and promoted in Dec 2016. Reality, a meagre 100-200 TPS [3].
>Lead Devs are jumping ship. Insiders obviously know Nano is riddled with terminal flaws and future problems.
>Millions of USD sold from the Nano Developer Wallet lately at extremely low prices. Not a good sign that Devs are dumping Nano in a fire sale [4].
>Dev fund is dangerously low, they may burn through that in a matter of 1-3 years [4]. Also; pending lawsuit against Nano foundation.
>Constant node issues. Withdrawals/deposits suspended on several exchanges due to security and stability issues, multiple times [5], every single month. This despite being miles behind having any sort of global currency traffic. Nano could be years away from even having the potential to be a well-functioning global currency. One example from yesterday [6].
>Coinbase will only use coins stable for multiple months. Nano is far away from that, see above and [5] [6]. Best case scenario is having Nano on Coinbase late 2019, leaving Nano hopelessly behind other cryptocurrencies.
>One single miner can destroy the network via DDoS with 500 GPUs at no cost. A critical attack vector never seriously addressed by the Nano dev team. Nano is wide open for a massive spam attack crippling the network for a long time. Not ready for global adoption.
>Nano team seem like tech amateurs. Don’t understand the difference between Random (not cryptographically secure) and SecureRandom. Don’t even understand basic cryptography, disaster in waiting.

>Nano team marketing strategy is to have no marketing strategy.
>Nano team adoption strategy is to have no adoption strategy. Doomed. Will go to zero.
>Nano essentially following same strategy as Betamax vs VHS and HD vs BluRay.
>First coin on Amazon/eBay/etc will be the global currency. Nano’s avoiding partnership. Nano’s publicly stated “strategy” is to not seek strategic partnership, basis being that USD has no partnership as a currency, so why should Nano have one. Ridiculous.
>No smart contracts. Masternode coins utilising high capacity data contracts on their second layer are the future. Nano can't do any of this, it cannot compete with other coins.
>Must run expensive nodes for free. A borderline insane and untested business model.
>Nano team are business amateurs. Pushed BitGrail when clearly a dangerous exchange. Guaranteed bomber as a good guy. Rebranded to Nano right before BitGrail exploded. Retarded decision. Marketing disaster.
>Going from UDP to TCP too late and too slowly [7]
>Hired pretty girl, G. Coxton, who’s done nothing. Why’s she not on YouTube pushing Nano?
>Nano has no ‘human face’ for people to connect with. It’s just an empty logo, unlike other top 10 coins – e.g. Ethereum has Vitalik, Tron has Justin Sun, Litecoin had Charlie Lee. NEO has Da Hong Fei. EOS has Dan L. etc.
>Ongoing lawsuits against Nano Devs personally and Nano foundation. Will drive price down, could go bankrupt.

>Same whales that pumped and dumped Nano first time (-98% from ATH) are doing it again. The delusional Nano hodlers will be stripped of their money again.
>NANO was less than $0.10 a year ago.
>Former head of engineering at Facebook, Bryan Veloso: Nano "just a hype...no real use case" [8].
Anyone investing in this shitcoin deserves to lose their money. It will crash and go to zero.

Hello there, I am Zack Shapiro. Hope you Nano fans enjoyed me dumping my million heavy bags on your heads, while Nano was crashing, the very bags I got out from Bitgrail while you were stuck and tried to get your "KYC" by Bomber (lol). Take that as a lesson schmucks, don't listen to guys on the internet, like me, when doing financial decisions. Pic is me before you gave me my millions of $$. Aaaah, life is gooOOooOod. L'chaim!

He said once in another thread, he writes bots for EOS ponzi games and makes a "killing"
Some ultra faggot tier shit if you ask me.
Nano will get listed on Coinbase it is just a question of when.
Nano will get a USD fiat onramp within the next couple weeks, initial implementations will be crypto startups with heavy fees though.
Nano will be used for exchange arbitrage.
Nano will show at least 200TPS sustained during the mainet tests after Sept 1st.
Nano will implement spam protection with adjusted pow and vote stapling ~Sept 21st bumping those tps numbers into the thousands.

Short term though sell, that pump was insane, the volume was 12x normal and it will not happen again for at least 3 weeks.

>He said once in another thread, he writes bots for EOS ponzi games and makes a "killing"
Absolutely bullshit. I followed this closely. What is it with you crazy Nano fanboys and pathological lying? Scamming people with your 7000 tps claim, while only having 100-200? Pushing your dodgy and criminal ghetto trading platform, Bitgrail? You lying about OP presenting documented facts against your usual moonboy fantasies?

>Nano will get listed on Coinbase it is just a question of when.
If that is late 2019, Nano is screwed. No way coinbase will touch this shitcoin for a long time. Most unstable coin ever. Crashing nodes all the time. And this with virtual zero traffic, compared to a Coinbase listing or any kind of real life use.

Do I sound like a fucking fanboy , I told these faggots to dump their bags and play something with an upside for a bit.
I guess we will just have to see how this all plays out, it is not like I am going to change your mind on the tech.

Dpos coins are the future though, regardless of the underlying tech people will eventually go full libtard on the energy consumption issue.

>Sept 21st bumping those tps numbers into the thousands.
I have heard thousands since Nov 2016. Reality has always been just a few hundred. For a global currency Nano must handle at least hundreds of thousands of transactions. There is no way Nano with their technology will handle that. Vitalik Buterin is fully aware of this and correctly try to scale to millions of transactions per second.
https://www.ccn.com/vitalik-buterin-ethereum-will-eventually-achieve-1-million-transactions-per-second/

Just like former head of engineering at Facebook, Bryan Veloso said: Nano "just a hype...no real use case". Nano is dead in the water. I was a Nano bag holder. Got out of Bitgrail as I did not trust Zack and the bomber at all. Was disgusted by how the community and devs treated the Bitgrail victims post "hack". Didn't like the lack of technical progress . Sold out and have been watching the crash and train-wreck in real time. Getting more confirmed when Nano moonboys like you can't answer legitimize criticism, but must resort to smear, lies and personal attacks against critics instead.

Monero and Ethereum. I believe both of them are undervalued atm. But I mostly use them for store of value while I am trying to find a good alt coin where I can go in as a ground floor investor.

But which currency/platform is even close to achive 56k tps on a decentralized/secure architecture? the only one i can think of is Zilliqa but it's still on testnet phase and i'm not sure if they can reach that.

I don't see it as a disadvantage for Nano..

You sound like you've been badly hurt or abused by Nano. Would you like to talk about it?
