English money is legal all over the UK, and in dependencies that use "Pound Sterling".

Scottish and N. Irish are technically only accepted in their own countries but most English places accept them.

Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey Pounds are all accepted in their own territories as equivalent to Pound Sterling but aren't technically accepted in the UK itself, but no-one really cares cause it's normally just change.
