Build a VR buisness open cafe area leading into sensor filled rooms, with haptic feedback bodysuits. Charge min $100 per hour, give / encourage dmt / lsd on the sly to help with time dilation.
Do this after obtaining your degree, let it mature more, but aim for that ^^^
