if you have any faith in your supervisor's supervisor to do the right thing, document any aggression or micromanagement that seems to be targeting you, including any emails or texts she sends you. bait her into sending a compromising email or text if you can figure out that angle. you can go to your boss' boss and/or HR with this kind of stuff. she sounds like a classic power tripper/office bully you are definitely not the first nor the last person she will do this to. even if theres nothing that can get her fired for now, your complaints will be one instance among a potential longer record of her causing problems. if there is a large enough pattern that she makes good employees seek employment elsewhere they will fire her eventually.

One of the superiors me and her report to knows my reputation (seems to prefer me over the supervisor) and the replacement seems to prefer me over my supervisor as well. However her direct superior is rarely there and to add on top of that I'm fairly confident both of them are the kind to talk behind many people's backs heck I eavesdropped on them talking about me once couldn't understand them.

Roasties are ruthless at work. They have all this feminism/female empowerment shit in their heads and know that to get ahead they generally have to either sick ass/suck cock, or be as ruthless as possible which usually involves gossiping, tattling, insulting, sabotaging, etc.

Most of the roasties I've encountered at jobs are very two-faced, they'll act nice to you, but then talk shit about you to your/their superiors, it'll often be subtle/vague shittalk, like "oh Anon tries hard but I feel he falls a bit short in terms of meeting the deadline", and sows these kinds of ideas in management. This serves a few purposes: elevates their own standing by comparison, as in she's saying she's better than Anon, secondly ensures you won't get any positive recognition/promotion, and thirdly protects her against retaliation since if you decide to go complain about her, or accuse her of something, instead you just look like the bitter, incompetent loser she warned them about.

Meritocracy rarely exists in workplaces, it's all about reputation and likability. You might work 10x harder than her but if you're the strong silent type who keeps his nose to the grindstone and does his job, meanwhile she's the talkative outgoing personality who buys everyone donuts & coffee every Friday despite being mostly incompetent at her actual duties, she's still going to get promoted ahead of you, faster than you.

Personally I've been in your situation and there's not a good way to win at it. I'd just look for a new job and go in with the knowledge that there is no justice and that your merit won't be rewarded, instead focus on schmoozing - focus on being likable and less about silently doing an impecable job.
