there's no such thing as a morning person. there are only lazy people and non-lazy people. (or people on just different sleep schedules)

To become a morning person I found that doing the super obvious stuff that you can't miss helped:
>get enough sleep
>eat breakfast

Know the bed time routine that puts you to sleep. Minimize any electronic distractions and if you use electronics, use a red light app.

Bonus for indirect red light in your room.

No caffeine 8 hours before you go to bed (half life is 5.5 hours, but better safe).

Push your in bed time up 30-60 minute every night until you reach your goal bed time.

Repeat your bedtime cycle for 21 days and it should be automatic.

If need be, eat 2x kiwis 1 hour before bed. They reduce time to falling sleep and increase sleep quality and length.

Alternatively, take 1-3 mg of melatonin one to two hours before bed.

Bonus pro-trip: Eat steel cut oatmeal an hour or two before bed. Carbs help with sleep quality and help allow trytophan cross the blood brain barrier. A small bit of yogurt can help too, but not too much as protein reduces the ability of tryptophan to cross the blood brain barrier.

There's a bit more, but that's a good starter pack. Got me waking up at noon instead of 3 PM. I work later nights, so it's ny equivalent of being a morning person.

I made a lot of money on weed and battery metal stocks last year. Weed is looking like it's getting ready for another push so I re-entered positions recently. Battery metals are kill for the moment but I got out well before they turned bearish. Made good profit on crypto last year as well.

Even if overall market is bearish I can still trade profitably. There is always some meme sector or another on a ridiculous rise.

>How many growth spurts did those schools suppress? Someone needs to answer for that

I have a similar problem with attempting to eat breakfast early. Public school schedules are designed for the comfort of the teachers and administration. Zero care given to the suitability of the schedule for kids going through puberty. In fact, schools that have tried a later schedule (i think starting at 10am) saw almost instant increase in average grades and student focus during class.

Well this makes me feel better about my life.

Ideal time to wake up for me is 12-1 pm, but a lot of the time that ends up being 3-4 pm.

Go to sleep ideally at 4-5 am, but it sometimes ends up being 6-7 am.

Crypto is my only chance of surviving in this world and I coast by not paying rent at my friend's office. My worst problems are that my family is all either dead/dead to me/mentally ill and I'm unemployable. Though looking at these wagie threads I guess that's a good thing.
