The euro is guaranteed to fail. The European Central Bank is the only central bank in the world that can go bankrupt, since it holds the debt of member states. So imagine if a few large US states went bankrupt, and the federal reserve went bust....it would be a catastrophe. This is guaranteed to happen to the euro.

First of all, I am white.

Second of all, I don't gamble on short sales, options, etc. I dollar cost average into good assets when they're off their peak prices.

Third of all, I don't think you get the implications of this. In 2008, the last time the monetary system almost collapsed, we were hours away from the entire system going bust. If/when that happens, the clearinghouses and brokers will freeze up, and whatever money you had locked into a position will be permanently gone.
