So it's a kind of amerimutt/nigger slang for making money. Gotcha.

it means something like
>to achieve or make money through energetic effort or unconventional means

So wagecucking isn't a hustle, but being a vintage furniture collector might be - especially if you're particularly fastidious about going to auction houses, constantly scoping out estate sales, always on the look out for a bargain Tosca Sofa.
Wagecucking can only be a hustle if you're very focused on career advancement, and you spend a lot of time buttering up superiors, doing extra work, and staying late - then that extracurricular stuff might be 'hustling'.

Then there's the other definition which is basically conning people by pretended to be inept at something, betting some cocky guy you can beat him at it, and then thrashing him at it - like in the Paul Newman film.

Now that's a real explanation. Something retard normies like >>9882121 & >>9882128 will never be capable of.

I've got a friend that goes to flee markets, buys stuff to resell. Buys shit at the dollar store and sells it at the flee markets. Collects and repairs bicycles to up sell. He used to be a car salesman, very charismatic and nice guy. There's no bullshit with him, he can get quite intense and he's very confident in himself. He's a great hustler. Can do anything to scrape by, it's honestly an attitude to how you feel about exchanging and trading with other people. It's not about grinding at a computer, but being able to cold call 100 people and sell them something they want or need.

No problem brah. Always happy to share what little knowledge I have.
Now what's your hustle gonna be?

>> No.9882320

>>9882287
Affiliate marketing. That said, is it still considered a hustle if it becomes your main source of income and you no longer have to put lots of effort in it?

Perfect example. The essence of a guy who understands the hustle - does whatever is required to make a buck and can. The latter is the most important.

>>9882320
Now you're getting philosophical, at that point I'd err on the side of it stops being a hustle. I think being 'proactive' is a quintessential aspect of being a Hustler, since hustlers are forged from uncertain circumstances.
