If you have any written evidence of an agreement between you and the other partners, and you are not getting your fair percentage of the $ profit, then they are flat out stealing from you.

First, make it clear in writing (email is fine) that you want your fair share immediately.

If they refuse, threaten legal action

If they still refuse then go to court.

My father was a successful businessman in commercial real estate. He had to go to court many times. People flat out refused to pay him money he was owed, and it was even written in a contract. Its shocking people try this shit but it literally happens every day.

As my dad would say "going to court is part of life, don't be scared of it"

And also he would say "if something involves money, GET IT IN WRITING"
