When binance?

I don't really understand why would you rather invest in this rather than Skycoin when Sky hasn't mooned yet.

Sky hasn't mooned till it reaches top 10, how do you not see this. It solves the problem of energy waste with PoW and centralization with DPOS.
Sky map is 180MM, NKN is 50MM.
I would say between these two the proportions are fair since one of them has a working product and the other does not.
Now if you want to bet one one of them mooning while their market caps are both low, what would your reasoning be to bet on NKN?
I would understand that if sky was already top 10, the risk would maybe pay off, but currently the situation is not like this.
Buying NKN now is like buying EOS when eth was 5$.
