Here's a tip that I use to find out partners/prospective:
I look at the use-cases that Chainlink can provide and I compare that with the incumbent solutions.

From there, I look at the performance of the incumbents and their service capabilities.

Then I research and create a list of existing clients of the incumbents and see how Chainlink can better help them.

I noticed Rory mentioned in the slack that people actually help him somewhat with intros for business. A clever way to finding out who they would be interested in working with and are working with would be devising a list of prospective partners that you can make a strong intro to and spot the response from the team.
