its not about one miracle cure like garlic oil or vitamin d. you have to understand that everything is energy.

your body and your cells are energy and you feed them with good or bad energy.

good energy = vitamins (vita from living) from organic fruits and vegetables, positive feelings and a happy live, good people around you, sunny weather (vitamin d), nature, antioxidants from good food.
