I had a friend just ask me for money to pay his rent because his "sure thing" didn't take off.

I shiggy diggy. Go to college, make $75k starting and throw some of that money at robinhood/crypto so if you fail you don't literally have to beg your friends for money.

That would be me. Been paying my bills with Crypto since 2013. Now instead of selling my crypto I just leverage myself through MakerDAO, get DAI, cash out DAI and use it to pay my bills without even selling. Feels nice, haven't needed a job since 2013 either. During the December/January I founded a company which is about to launch a product, service and app. Once that pays I'll buy more Crypto with that. Life is pretty great anon, some moonshots do pay off.
