Currently eyballin some used 580s for $200, I could make a mixed rig with the leftovers. Building a cheap 550s rig for cryptonight7, very good hash/watt.
Accumulating sumo and 0xBTC

How are you doing with power? I'm on 240V so running more than 12/1300W off one socket is pushing it. Need two phase which costs a fortune to install.

Always been fascinated by those boards. Any issues setting them up? Haven't ever seen a case suitable for them and being Chinese boards with no branding I've been scared about what could be lurking in the bios.

>>9620655
Ah, I've wanted to do the same but have heard that it can cause melting wires etc behind the walls. I guess since your systems are no longer crashing they must be on separate circuits.

I like the look of it.

I bought 2 used GTX1060 6G for $360 (a miner selling his rig)
>wait
The seller said "sorry not to post it on time, I will add one for this"
>wait even more
It's have been more than 20 days now, so fuck off, I will take my money back and find GPU elsewhere.

By the way, this may be of some interest for some of (you) :

Since i'm not ill share since the network hash is already high. Mining Walton. Tokens are useless now until the token swap which is hopefully soon but since I'm a guardian master node I get 4 WTCT instead of the usual 2 for a regular miner. Still, current price is $14.67 AUD which I was averaging 2 blocks a day with a 2700x and 1080ti. Settled down to 1 block almost every day now. Starting to get difficult.

I meant if I was mining 1 block a day that would net me 4 WTCT which would be $60 AUD at the current price of $15 AUD. As of today that is $45USD or $22.50 for someone else for one card per day. Much higher returns than mining anything else by far.
Also our money is plastic polymer and doesn't get printed like its going out of fashion.
My risk of waiting for token swap means that even if the price tanked 50% (highly doubtful) I would still be far ahead in terms of profit.

First has 13+1 slots, no onboard so you need a dummy and you need to connect hdmi to 1 of the gpus.
Second is 7gpu tops, onboard gpu so it's easier to work on.

you shouldn't be so proud to be mining.

mining is something poor people do when they don't have the capital to invest in coins themselves. there's never a scenario where mining pays off better than buying directly does, the only possible exception was when bitcoin was so new it didnt even have a market, but even then, if you waited a few months you could have just bought a few hundred thousand bitcoin for the cost of a single card.

Here let me lay out an example for you brainlet.

Say for example i just joined crypto a month ago.. im not going to have the vast knowledge as i do now. I'm not going to know the terminologies, how to read meme charts, pump & dumps, yada yada yada.

I invested like a typical normie into BTC/ETH i throw in $100,00 the market goes from $12,000 too $7,000 most people in their right mind would pull out. That's what a 40% loss? It's not easy to hodl when ur losing that much of ur investment. Easy to open ur fat mouth and tell others to do something, but when push comes to shove ur probably gonna run with ur tail behind ur back. It's going to stress you out and mentally fck with you. Theirs a reason 90% of traders lose money.

Or take the route of a miner... Look for shit-coins that just got released... mine it and hodl... and have the peace of mind and no stress involved because u literally got into the coin at the bottom floor. All you have is gains with 0 investment.

While you brainlets been losing money for the past 5-6 months i've made over $400,000.
