If my wife and I get divorced, can she start collecting welfare and get free child care, and health insurance?

Besides fucking up and getting married, where could this go wrong? My wife is on board, I trust her and she has more family money than me.

oh man you're fucked. wait til her lawyer gets a hold of her. you better trade your bank account to someone for a pen or something like buck strickland did with hank hill.

Are you saying she would try to fuck me over? The whole point of the divorce is to increase our net income by getting welfare. Like I said, she is not some typical American slut and she is bringing more money to the table in our relationship. The only difference is that I have income.

Yes that is basically it. Except I would be owning my own house and she would be a roommate. If you ran your families finances like a business, wouldn't you take advantage of all subsidies?

Nope they can take the house. The house goes in the LLC and you rent from the LLC. Now you discount your "losses" from your income and are extra poor.

It makes absolute sense to take back 100% of the money they took from you, by force of social contract through the use of the social contract.

Yeah, it makes sense to take advantage of any benefit possible. More specifically though:

1) how much will lawyer fees be?
2) can we have a clean divorce with no strings attached?
3) can we easily remarry later in life?
4) would there be any child custody issues?
5) will my lawyer support my effort?
