This is a good thing. Companies that feel the need to self promote and hype themselves up will only be as successful as their hype. Sergey doesn't give af about that because he knows his tech will have everyone riding his dick once mainnet comes.

Data is the new oil, and Sergey owns the only oil rig in the world.

Sergey is creating a decentralized oracle network. LINK is just a tool for making it happen.
Why would he have it on a badge like some kind of cuck?

There is also the fact that if you promote you roll the dice on tangling assholes with the SEC. If you don't promote you can't be considered a security.

This just proves the argument that they're an industry token from the ground up. The fact that they do not give a single shit about promotion to the extent that they would exclude their product's name at consensus means they have companies lined up out the door waiting to use it.

>> No.9579001

>>9578682
It's a fact. Promotion is a requirement to be considered a security. Whether or not Sergey chooses not to promote specifically for this reason is speculation, as obviously none of us are Sergey. I'm just saying that if they want to avoid intrigue from the SEC, not promoting is one way to do it. If your intent is to build up a technology and sell it for big bucks, flying under the radar until your product is market ready is not a bad stretegy.

Oracalize and Mobius are much better solutions that actually work

i honestly think he is promoting it but only to the people that matter. Reddit and /biz/ are not going to be the ones actually using this tech.
