The Bogdanoff Organization IPO rumors Edition

Popular brokers for stock trading:
Robinhood
>commission free and no minimum to open
http://www.robinhood.com

> How is it free?
Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on cash/securities and fees from their Robinhood Gold service

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

Interactive Brokers
>$1 commission per 100 shares. $10k minimum to open, $3k if 25 or under. Lowest margin interest. Free API access

in response to your post. First of all we're all supposed to be investing with liquid capital beyond our 6 month nest egg.

Second of all 10 years from now if I can turn 100k in debt into something greater than that, something that generates more than the juice from the lone. I'll gladly take both the debt and what it is going to pay for.

3rd where can I set up life insurance that will protect my retarded brother and his cats and my 40 employees.

4th Anybody investing money they can't afford to lose is playing a dangerous game.

also is it possible to buy life insurance for an employee with out them knowing the corporation has bought the policy, and at the untimely demise either give the check to the rightful family or keep it and give it to my self as a bonus and pay taxes on it.

Forget ethics, I'm a capitalist.

Investing is a mix. You secure your future before you aim for the moon. If you have a small business Guardian acts as a good hub for everything. Guardian has the best Whole Life out there, and they partner with a ton of different businesses that specialize in maximizing your businesses 401k offerings and Business Overhead Insurance (BOI).

But just to reiterate, the 100k debt producing more is a pure numbers game, if you can negotiate a 3-4% rate I would say go for it every-time. But, even if it is more like 5-6%, people who don't have tons of capital saved need to have 20-40k saved so they don't have to draw from these investment vehicles in he case of unforeseen life events.

Fun fact: The average person is disabled where they cannot work for 2 years at some point in their career, and this reduces their lifetime worth by up to a third. Buy DI insurance, its cheep as shit.

>> No.9558552

>>9558437
Two things
You can obtain key person insurance: When they die/quit you get a sum of money to replace the disrupted cash flow from their absence. Key person is very useful and can be bought on almost anyone in the business.
Next
You can offer a life insurance plan as a group policy that is required for ALL employees, but without justifiable tiers of employees you can't offer something to some and not all.

That being said, since you own a business. Have your contract re written yearly if you have any partners or a spouse. A business contract that is air tight keeps your partners wife from stealing a 4th of your business, it keeps the business together in a divorce, it makes sure you get your fair share if you retire or get bought out. Getting evaluated should be a top priority.
In the event you have a partner you can cross purchase life insurance for the sole purpose of paying their family when they die/retire without it impacting your business.

If you want any specific counsel give me a throw away email or something, but I would prefer not flood the stock market general with complicated business insurance talks.

>> No.9558556

>>9558469
Yeah you're right. Guardian is good that's what I've already got on everybody, the 401k is another smaller financial group under their umbrella. Yeah if I can't work for 2 years people aren't only getting laid off, but damn business will go under.

Since my thought (please note I don't bet on macro binary events anymore, I am a Buffett-sama memeister) is Powell will keep his policy and number of rate hikes unchanged, treasuries' are at the "right" price.

But the policy continuation means USD keeps being in its bullrun, which harms the emerging market. Funds would get margin called on their EM positions and sell off their other positions.

Also, treasuries are one of the most shorted stuff. A short squeeze is very probable.

KKR similar to BGH, wait to buy. Maybe buy puts at or above 22.50

Each Junk Bond financed ETF was taken from Fortune's 2017 article 3 Junk Bond Funds Yielding Up to 10.2%. If you have any ticker suggestions or ways to play the demand of junk bonds please tell me :)))

Oil and Gas
USO continues its year long bull run. MACD and RSI say to sell or buy puts above 14.50. Smart money buys low price calls. Watch Trump twitter.
GBR looks fun. Buy on local 4hr dip or at your leisure.
CEI is operating in a tight range. Recent split may have stopped volatility, volume is healthy. Look into business practices and competitive advantage, price is not moving this week.
SWN is an energy stock.

NBO is a high yield non-municipal bond fund. 4% yield, no taxes. Regardless if the stock doesn't hold 11.50 tomorrow it will continue falling. Buy puts above 11.50 to play price action.
JNK puts may be a smart play on Wednesday. This stock has been trying to break bullish since July 2017. And top google results make it look like ppl have been shorting it since then too. Volume is weak relatively so puts may still be a smart move. Ex dividend date between 25-1
Never heard of CEFL. It's a 2x leverage of the high Income Index or YYY? Weekly MACD says it's ready to pop and RSI on every time scale is in the middle.

At the end of the year you calculate your tax bracket as your cash flows-losses and any write offs you can throw in. For instance I drive a lot, and I run a lot of meetings over lunch, so those are write offs. Assuming you are in the US of the A, trading an asset in under a year will incur short term capital gains tax which is going to be higher than your long term capital gains tax. You get taxed twice from the federal government and state government, unless you are from the wonderful state of Texas like myself. Look up the income brackets for the state and federal levels, if you trading less than 14,000 no state is going to incur a tax, assuming you are a kid with no income.
