Wassup biz drunk 20yo here, redpill me on investing my dudes

I want to have nice stable finances in the future, ie multiple streams of income, but don't know where to fuckin start with investment/making money other than wageslaving
Any books/articles I should read? I'm pretty much illiterate when it comes to financial jargon but I'm a smart cunt when my head's in the right place, and I know that I can make a good future for myself if I put in tha work

The only finance book I would actually read would be 'The Millionaire Next Door.' You'll really want to actually read economics books. I'd at minimum recommend 'Freakonomics' as a must read.

For income streams, you'll want to invest in assets. Assets quite literally being actual things like real estate properties. General rule of thumb regarding that is it isn't about how much cash you have, just how much you're pulling in weekly/monthly/whatever to sustain yourself.

Wageslaving is kinda an asset, in that you're using yourself to generate that income stream. Nothing wrong with it unless it's the only thing you're doing of course.

Investing in general, it's as simple as buy low and sell high and spend less than you make.

Also, don't listen to most of the advice out there. It's all hot garbage for the masses to take in. Redpill yourself. I'll let you in on an example: "Never invest more than you can afford to lose" is a false statement. The real statement is: "Never lose more than you can afford to lose." Things like that.

do you want the red pills like crypto investing or do you simply want general financial advice, like saving, spending within your meanas, budgeting, calculating value, allocating expenses over time, and finally basic investments like retirement funds and such all the way up to investments like stocks?

Pick 5-10 stocks that you will want to invest in for the rest of your life, companies that you think will be there forever.

dollar cost average into these stock, if you don't know what dollar cost average is look it up.

Keep it simple, if you are going to want to try to get rich quick you are going to destroy your mental state. There will be occassions where you might throw some money at some crypto or a penny stock and make bank but don't be trying to do this all the time.. you will literally destroy your mental health as well as your social life.

If you really want to learn things about investing and how finance works be prepared to never look at the world the same, seriously.

I own rental properties and trade stock for a living and it's a brutal world
