Italy, as i recall it they don't pay taxes for crypto earning up to a certain amount. But the amount was somewhat high, so you could actually earn quite a lot without paying taxes.
If you are EU residence, you can just move to Italy and you will pay taxes there.
There are unquestionably other EU countries with similar or better Crypto legislation, but Italy is a nice country.

At the moment Bulgaria (as long as you live in a gated community far from gypsies) - one of the safest in Europe, musilms know their place and taxes are the lowest in Europe.
Without the low taxes everything will go to shit though, and good luck relying on governments to be sane.
I'd look for a citizenship that allows for easy travel instead. This way when one country goes to shit you just move to another one. Only amerimutts pay taxes when they live abroad.

Bunch of pleb answers ITT
Read up on the flag theory anon. Set up a LLC + bank account on the BVI, or any other offshore no-tax jurisdiction. This will allow you to process any income you have as tax free business expenses.
Residency is a bit trickier. Some countries will allow you to give up your current residency no questions asked, which will free you from any tax obligations. Others will insist to see proof that you are becoming a legal resident somewhere else. If you don't care about government sponsored healthcare and old age pensions, I'd recommend no residency at all if you can get away with it. If you need to become a legal resident somewhere, I recommend either a retirement visa in the Philippines (you have to be 35 years or older if I remember correctly) or Malaysia's MM2H visa. Panama or Belize might also be good options, but I haven't really looked into them. Keep in mind that just because you're a resident in country, doesn't mean you actually have to live there.

They are crypto friendly and you can use coins.ph or localbitcoin to cash out.

You can get residency in the Philippines and then live somewhere else, only for tax purposes, I'm speaking for myself here, I hold a few passports and a big amount of crypto and I was living on a high tax country, I was getting taxed for income generated overseas, having a offshore company in Belize or Panama don't help as those countries are FACTA, the best and cheaper option was to get residence in the Philippines, I also thought about Vanuatu that cost 80k to get residency there, Cayman island and Monaco are also good but investment it's about 1 MIL.
Philippines it's only 2 hrs from Hong Kong or Singapore, Australia is 7 hrs, yes it's a shithole, specially manila, but small cities are OK and have no or low crime, FYI I never been in Manila

Not really, violent crime rates are actually lower than many western european countries. I prefer gated communities because I don't have to be close to smelly gypsies and depressing commieblocks.
Besides, renting a luxury apt in a gated community is cheaper than renting a smelly condo in Berlin's Turkish neighbourhoods.

It's more about how much you cash out in fiat compared to your other earnings.
If that's too much then it'll be taxed as income, which is not that much if you're not making a lot.

But last year I had 0 money from a job and 30k via cryptos and they didn't give a shit. I had no taxes at all on that.
And I asked my official tax office about it, they said they didn't care, just put on my tax report how much I still own and pay a tax on that (it's 0.1% starting at 50k$).

If I had to pay taxes on my 30k cash out it would have been around 2k.

Unironically Britain, if you keep yourself in a low tax bracket and cash out some under the radar, you can get away with quite a lot,

Scotland specifically
Pros

>Free healthcare
>free education
>not a third world shithole
>not many Muslims (glasgow)
>no niggers (a few respectable black men) but no nigger culture
>scenery is god tier, cheap housing in rural areas and half of the country is as good as untouched.

Cons:
>CGT is not the lowest in Europe but better than France and Germany plus those countries have mussies galore.
>cucked ((government)) but unless your either really poor or really rich, you don’t notice much of a difference
>you get called a Muslim or a britcuck by association
