Thing is i'm not sure if it's a testicular torsion for sure, i don't have any swelling and the pain is not that unbearable, it just doesn't shrink back and it's lower than the other testicle. Can you help me medfag?

If it were torsion, the affected testicle would be discolored and raised, not hang lower. You may have epididymitis.

If it doesnt improve with NSAIDS in a few weeks, go see a doctor. Im leaning towards either epididymitis or varicocele/hydrocele. Wear tighter riding underwear for comfort.

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory. Try Ibuprofen and wear supportive underwear. If it stays the same for weeks, likely varicocele/hydrocele. Benign, but can be uncomfortable and in extreme cases affect fertility. If it gets worse, you may have epididymitis, in which case you may need a round of antibiotics.

Yes, i'm serious. I can't tell for sure because the pain is not that severe but i think it hurts the same when i'm sitted, if kind of aliviates the pain when i lift my balls.

I've had epididymitis twice over the last 10 years. Both times it only went away when I went and got antibiotics from a doctor. There was no color change, pain would lessen or go away if I lifted them a bit. I used tighter underwear while waiting for the antibiotics to go away. They said I got it from lifting, that some urine while I was straining backtracked somehow and caused an infection but that it can also be caused by sexual intercourse.

How much it will cost you depends on where you live.

Anon when I was on my Urology elective (almost went into urology so I am pretty familiar with the subject), my attending actually let me perform about 75% of the orchiectomy. I’ve also personally examined several actual torsion cases. One of the biggest signs is that the twisted testicle sits higher than the other. And when blood flow is disturbed, there is discoloration. You would not see a testicle in torsion hang lower than the healthy testicle.
