Popular brokers for stock trading:
Robinhood
>commission free and no minimum to open
http://www.robinhood.com

> How is it free?
Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on cash/securities and fees from their Robinhood Gold service

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

e.g. I can't short CARV or SHE because they are such shit
Very solid metric with the retardation score though!
GPRO and FIT have been money makers for me while UA might actually run away and P has been a bit of a struggle bus for me.
The retardation score seems to be the maximum average amount that each investor put in on the stock, and can possibly help identify what institutional investors have fled

Also, what was with the diversity meme you guys have with CARV? Is that really a value that they have or were you guys just meming?

>> No.9507284

>>9507252
comfy keep writing this data down. im relatively certain that the acceleration of retardation in a stock is gonna be the one that will actually have some use as an indicator. if we track it daily on the most retarded ones (sub 1000), we can plot the derivative (or the acceleration) of faggots flowing into a smallcap stock. since theyre the ones who always get stuck with the bags, because they are the MOST retarded of all, its time to get out, or go short/buy puts.

>> No.9507306

honestly I don't know how you calculate your retardation, and I never went to school for any of this shit. Just look at the largest funded etfs, they have liquid and great option markets with smaller spreads. These obscure bullshit small cap single stocks are honestly where the real money will be made since when a company with a 10 mil market cap goes to being worth 50 mil you've 5X your money. However, it's tough to do the DD and honestly value some of these memes, when you get into actual income and actual products.

I'm not even in it yet. I just want to see which way it starts moving. I'd rather wait and buy at $1 than buy in right now and miss an opportunity to buy it at $0.25.

I agree but their success is dependent entirely on government and politics. Weed may be legalized soon, but the only way I see these companies market cap justified is if they are able to create brands, beautiful packaging, THC edibles, drinks, lube..literally anything everything.

And ACB is exaggerating german medicinal market...

New investment strategy
Buy 1 share of every stock with single letters (A, B, C, D, E, F ect all the way to Z)

If a stock has 1 letter, they must be good, so they will go up

Nope. Current bill has exceptionally strict criteria for packaging. It's basically brown bag with a logo.

Won't be legal this year.

Well government and politics in USA is money based. Pharmacy, beer, and tobacco have huge sway over fed policy. Beer and tobacco have been cratering, lost about 25%, with less and less millennial usage. Their only recourse is weed. Plus trump can use weed legalization as a bargaining chip. If he ever gets in trouble marijuana legslization and even emancipation for only weed felonies is s get out of jail free card. It may take a few years for full legslization but I feel like it’s guaranteed, esp where pharmacy is concerned with opiate abuse and epilepsy. The USA is already behind.

yup, I saw the proposed packaging and it looks fucking horrible.
That and letting people grow their own plants (yes I know this is not a problem for beer/wine). Also looking at how much these companies pay their execs despite revenues being horrible. The amount they owe financers...

A small delay in legalization will bleed these companies no?

Seriously, I invested in weedstocks last year, pulled my money out early and missed maybe a 2x gain (still made about 60%)..now I truly see how fucked up this bubble is..we need to find a way to short this dude.

This is true, same for Canada..Liberals will use this to win next election if legalization is done right.
Trump could create distractions by doing this as well..
It is guaranteed and that is where the market is going but I already see big pharma companies trying to regulate the fuck out of any cbd byproducts..GW Pharma already has one pending phase 3?

i'm just trying to see how best we can all make money on biz..right now the herd seems to be pumping the fuck out of weed (before the correction ofcourse)

Millennials don't set stop losses, so they're actually going to win bigly on this, while boomers are going to lose their shares during the flash crash if they have stop losses set. Not to mention those who are going to get anally wrecked by shorting a stock on the verge of moving several hundred percent.

this is actually a good point, and i hadnt thought about it. the "flash crash" will definitely happen though. bears havent really struck back in any meaningful way. theyve only been playing defense. something tells me it wont be for long. it seems a lot of people whove been sidelined (likely with more money and exp) have been waiting for a lower entry point. ive seen 25cents discussed quite a bit. im gonna watch that point and see what happens

either way, i already have 10 tickets to the moon (calls i bought for a couple bucks to exercise when it moons), so i dont give a fuck. either im out 100 bucks, or i get to LARP that i was part of some big battle

Drug for HCV ?
There are already cure for this shit and HCV population has been steadily dwindling.

What is your objective with biotech ?
Safer choices would be buying the large caps like GILD REGN BIIB AMGN
Or you can gamble on the gene editing/therapy memes : CRSP EDIT NTLA BLUE or the gene meme etf ARKG
There is a funny stock called ALGN which makes next-gen dental prosthesis. Buy it would be full FOMO but their products sell like hot cakes.
