I just want to get into local real estate but anything that's not worn to hell is 300k asking price minimum, with so many offers that it sells for 400k.

I'm not an extroverted salesman at all and 90% of my correspondence is via email with the rest in person. That coincides with my client base though. The biggest mistake in B2B sales is hiring loudmouth idiots who anyone in a decision making role can see through.
