It feels pointless. College ate all of my money, then loan debt ate all my money for 2.5 years more, and the entire time Massachusetts rent has been eating the rest. I just want to get into local real estate but anything that's not worn to hell is 300k asking price minimum, with so many offers that it sells for 400k.
