anyone who went to their website and thinks chain.com's product enroaches on chainlink instead of just making chainlink more feasible and more secure for reporting fiat transactional data to smart contracts on blockchains is a brainlet.

chain.com's proposed blockchain would make chainlink nodes have an easy information source to grab all transactional data from and relay it to smart contracts on other chains. As opposed to having to source from various bank APIs, which would be entirely doable but also kind of a clusterfuck unless we have something like chain.com to be a transaction reporting ledger for banks.
